5 Fictional Weapons Capable of Destroying Entire Planets we’re Glad aren’t Real.

Share what the Fox Says:

The Nova Bomb is a devastating and cataclysmic weapon that ranks among the most destructive tools of war. Developed by the ancient and technologically advanced race known as the Forerunners, the Nova Bomb is a superweapon capable of unleashing an apocalyptic level of destruction.

Exterminatus Orders (Warhammer 40000):

Ah Warhammer 40k, the fictional answer to how far is too far when it comes to being over the top destruction. and as expected they have quiet a few options for planet ending powers but let’s look at the most famous one.

Exterminatus is a last resort, planet-destroying protocol used by various factions in Warhammer 40K. When a planet is deemed lost to chaos, xenos threats, or genestealer cults, it may be subject to Exterminatus, which can involve virus bombs, cyclonic torpedoes, or other means of mass destruction.

Exterminatus is a drastic and brutal last resort tactic used in the Warhammer 40,000 universe when a planet is considered irredeemably lost to some form of corruption, alien invasion, or chaos. It is an act of total annihilation, where the Imperium of Man or other factions deliberately destroy an entire planet along with its population, cities, ecosystems, and everything on its surface.

These five represent some of the most renowned and devastating weapons of mass destruction in fiction. Such weapons often serves as a reflection of the potential dangers and consequences of unchecked power and the destructive capabilities that unchecked power delivers. As for humanity I think the atom bomb is destructive enough, So let’s not do further research into death lasers and redirect those funds into world peace or bigger peanut-butter M&M’s instead.

Check out the New world Odyssey series. It’s filled with Greek gods and they don’t need atomic bombs to level cities.
