Sarcastic Movie Review: Spiderman Homecoming

He really does like dressing liked winged things

I’m honestly trying to find major faults with this movie and nothing really comes to mind. The trailers made it look like Iron man would take up a lot more screen time, but he didn’t and I found that to be a good thing. He plays his role of mentor without taking the focus off Spidey, And I liked the new hot Aunt May (the movie goes to great lengths to mention just how hot she is). Even the tiny throwbacks to old teenage comedies like ‘Ferris Bueller’ were done tastefully.

In fact the only thing I didn’t really like was that the entire movie was taking place inside an Audi commercial.

The final verdict being this is not a movie to be missed, while its very lighthearted in the end it truly captures the essence of the character: a normal teenage boy with normal teenage problems but is also a superhero on the side. Which is what made Spiderman such a relatable and beloved character in the first place, despite Spiders being so universally hated.

Gah! kill it with fire
